List of postal codes in Uruguay : ウィキペディア英語版 | List of postal codes in Uruguay
Uruguay postal codes are 5-digit numeric codes. The first two digits of each code correspond to a department— Uruguay's internal administrative divisions—unless the first digit is 1, which corresponds to the capital, Montevideo. The zones so determined are called Zonas Postales. The remaining digits of the code are either zeros for the capital of the department or the city of Montevideo as a whole, or else take specific values for other cities in the department or for local zones in Montevideo. The following list shows the postal codes for the capitals of each department. Names of capitals differing from those of the departments are shown in parentheses. Postal Codes of the Department Capitals * 10000 Montevideo * 20000 Maldonado * 27000 Rocha * 30000 Lavalleja Department (Minas) * 33000 Treinta y Tres * 37000 Cerro Largo Department (Melo) * 40000 Rivera * 45000 Tacuarembó * 50000 Salto * 55000 Artigas * 60000 Paysandú * 65000 Río Negro Department (Fray Bentos) * 70000 Colonia * 75000 Soriano Department (Mercedes) * 80000 San José de Mayo * 85000 Flores Department (Trinidad) * 90000 Canelones * 94000 Florida * 97000 Durazno == External links ==
